The Interview

Our goal is to always focus on you! Once engaged, we find out your needs, your desires, and your vision and do our best to help you find your dream home. We have the experience and market knowledge to help you develop a plan of action. We listen and ask questions to help provide direction to your home ownership.

STEP 2

The Financial Plan

Having a financial plan and source of funds in place to be able to move quickly and confidently is a must to increase the probability of having your offer accepted once you find your dream home, often in a competing offer environment. We can help you through the process of understanding the importance of pre-qualification and proof of funds. If you do not have a lender, we can provide our list of preferred lenders for you to interview.

STEP 3

The Search

This is the fun part! But without the right guidance and right approach, it can be overwhelming. We help you narrow the focus of your search to increase the efficiency and reduce the amount of time required to find your new home.

STEP 4

The Offer

We are experienced in the offer process and in helping you negotiate terms of purchase. This process can be complicated and the written contract forms and any required addendum need to be explained, completed, and presented timely. Many offers are negotiated in a competitive environment and having everything in place and ready to present is extremely important and we are serious about making that happen.

STEP 5

Offer is Accepted & Property is Under Contract

Once an offer has been accepted by seller, it is important to have an experienced realtor to assist in working through all the moving parts of the contract. We are there for you through option periods to property inspections and understanding how your offer interfaces with title companies, lenders, and other outside parties and vendors. We regularly monitor the progress of the transaction, do all we can to prevent unnecessary delays or unwanted surprises, and keep you fully informed.

STEP 6

The Closing & Celebration

We join you in the final walk through and help you prepare for closing to make sure it occurs as smoothly as possible. We also make a practice of attending each closing to help resolve issues that may arise during closing. We are as excited as our clients when the key to their new home is presented!
