Steve Chapman, ALHS owns Chapman Realty Group. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees. He attended the National Commercial Lending School and Graduate School and holds a Certified Commercial Lender (CCL) designation. He is a member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, MLS/NAREIT, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He has been a licensed real estate broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission since 1981, and has a successful track record in residential and commercial property investment, renovations and marketing.

Steve also has over 35 years of financial institution and senior management experience, including as President and Chief Lending Officer of the Dallas-Fort Worth Regional Market for large regional and national banking institutions. He excels in the contract negotiation process, effective analysis, and evaluation of available alternatives. Steve has a strong work ethic, enjoys working with others and has very personable and effective marketing abilities. Integrity in both his personal and professional life is a priority.

Steve is a Texas native and when not working, enjoys traveling, fishing, exercising, and watching sports events, especially college football.

Because of his broad business experience, he also provides financial consulting services, primarily focusing on real estate financing, advisory and problem resolution activities.
